Discovery, Payment, Content Creation

  • Discovery intake: quick form for product/service facts, must-include claims, and any brand do/don’ts.
  • Stripe link: after discovery is received, a setup-fee payment link is sent. Design and content creation start immediately after payment.
  • H0–H18: I write headline, sections, microcopy, and gather tasteful licensed/royalty-free imagery aligned to a brand starter.

What I deliver in Phase 1

  • Draft copy for all sections (hero to FAQ)
  • Image shortlist (licensed or royalty-free)
  • Brand starter (palette and type scale, if needed)

What I need from you

  • Provide 2–3 testimonials if available
  • Share compliance/legal copy that must be verbatim

If testimonials or photos are not available, tasteful placeholders are used and updated post-launch at no extra charge.

Phase 2 • 24–48h from payment
Build Day

Build and First-Pass Review

  • H24–H36: page build with curated copy and imagery, accessibility labels, responsive layout.
  • H36–H40: conversion polish (headlines, objections, CTAs) and alt text for images.
  • H40–H48: private review link behind basic auth; you return one consolidated revision list.

What you will see

  • Fully drafted, clickable first-pass site
  • Refined microcopy and CTAs
  • Change log and review checklist

Your task

  • Approve or adjust the draft tone and any claims
  • Return one revision list within 2–4 hours
  • Confirm any sensitive claims or regulated wording

Scope: copy tweaks, image swaps, minor layout. Net-new sections or features queue for post-launch.

Phase 3 • 48–72h from payment
Launch Day

QA, Connect, Launch

  • QA and Performance: device checks, forms, Core Web Vitals basics, alt text, keyboard focus order.
  • Domain and SSL: DNS (A/CNAME/TXT), Let’s Encrypt TLS, analytics (GA4) enabled.
  • Go Live: sitemap, robots.txt, social metadata; handoff docs and simple care guide.

Service includes weekly content updates and quarterly design refreshes.
