1. Services

We provide rapid design, build, hosting, and maintenance of single-page, static websites and landing pages as described on our Services page or in your written proposal.

2. Ownership

You own your original content (copy, images you supply). We grant a license to use templates and code we provide as part of your hosted site.

3. Payments

• One-time setup fee is due to begin work.
• Hosting & ongoing care are billed monthly with a term of 30 days (non-refundable after activation period unless required by law).
• Late or failed payments may pause service and updates.

4. Acceptable Use

No illegal content, malware, or abusive behavior. We may suspend sites violating these terms.

5. Changes & Updates

Included weekly content updates and quarterly refreshes are defined on our Services and Process pages. Larger changes may require a new quote.

6. Warranties & Liability

Services are provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

7. Termination

You may cancel renewals any time before your next billing. Upon cancellation, hosting ends at the term’s conclusion. To request cancellation, please reach out through the contact form or by email.
