1. Services

We provide rapid design, build, hosting, and maintenance of static websites and landing pages, as described on our site or in your proposal.

2. Ownership

You own your original content (copy, images you supply). We grant a license to use templates and code we provide as part of your hosted site.

One-time setup fee is due to begin work.
Hosting & maintenance are billed annually (non-refundable after activation period unless required by law).
Late or failed payments may pause service and updates.

No illegal content, malware, or abusive behavior. We may suspend sites violating these terms.

Included monthly content updates and quarterly refreshes are defined on our Pricing page. Larger changes may require a new quote.

Services are provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

You may cancel renewals any time before your next billing. Upon cancellation, hosting ends at the term’s conclusion.
